About a month passed since my last appearance here.
They are busy, happy times. Unplanned and yet welcomed.
A few things I have done lately:
- I climbed the highest dune in Europe, just around the corner from Bordeaux. I ate countless slices of tortilla and drank a good dose of Txakuli. I sunbathed in Spain and woke up to an unexpected British fall.
- I shared some photos and short stories here and here. And I found out I am one to follow.
- I have worked on this every single spare moment, updating and improving. My hope is to see the results soon.
- I have cooked sparingly, mainly for daily sustenance, copying from books and pins here and there.
- I have started working on my first, real photography assignment. Cooking tons, shooting tons, sleeping none.
- I met her, and her, her and her. Inspiring, talented people. Close and far friends.
- I have discovered rose hips.

Un mese è passato dalla mia ultima comparsa qui.
Sono tempi pieni, e sì, anche felici. Inaspettatamente tali, eppur benvenuti.
Una manciata di cose successe nel frattempo:
- Ho scalato la duna più alta d'Europa, giusto a pochi chilometri da Bordeaux. Ho mangiato infinite fette di tortilla de patata e bevuto troppi bicchieri di Txakuli. Ho preso un po' di sole spagnolo e mi sono risvegliata nel bel mezzo dell'autunno inglese, senza capire bene cosa sia successo nel mentre.
- Ho lavorato a questo ogni mezzo secondo libero, innovando, migliorando, nella speranza che tutto si concretizzi al più presto.
- Ho spignattato il minimo, giusto a livello di sopravvivenza quotidiana, prendendo dal mio fedele libro e da pins qui e là.
- Ho iniziato a lavorare al mio primo, vero progetto fotografico. Ho cucinato per eserciti e fotografato Gigabites come se piovessero, relegando il sonno ad attività superflua.
- Ho incontrato lei, lei, lei e lei. Persone splendide e di grande ispirazione. Amiche vicine e lontane.
- Ho scoperto l'esistenza dei rose hips (i frutti della rosa canina.)
Torno presto, promesso. Con un dolce, per farmi perdonare.
